Import Failed even after modifying server limits

Hi! I've installed the Qreatix theme and all the recommended plugins. But every time I try to import the Demo Data I keep getting a 500 error (screenshot 1).

I read the articles on import failed and contacted my host provider to modify the PHP limits (screenshot 2) including the Max File Uploads (which is set to 100). However, in the Qreatix Dashboard, it keeps showing the default limit of 20 (screenshot 3).

I'm not sure if this is why I cannot import the demo data. Can you advise?

    Hello.

Can You generate partial access to Your admin panel? I'll try to research this issue in more detail.

    Thanks, Alex

Hello. Yes, I've made some improvements for you, update the theme to version 1.9.6 and try to install demo import again (version will be released in the next 30-60 mins)

    Thanks.

UPD: but notice, your settings are still too low. you need to increase this value at the server level, not just locally for the website (it doesn't work if globally this value is small)

    Hello.

You can't edit front scenes with Elementor because they weren't created with Elementor. To edit/change front scenes, use the side panel on the edit page.

Through the Elementor you can change the content of regular pages/posts/projects, for example, you can change the Contact page, or About, or some Single Post, etc.

to make a page front scene, you must click on the custom page template switch and select the desired front scene. The content inside the front scene is added from various post types, for example, in the circular gallery content from the portfolio, in blog two side content from the blog, etc.
